OUR PROCESS
- Schedule Initial Consultation. We meet on site, to take our design cues from your style.
- Assess Needs & Functionality. Attached, detached, size, bonus space. Whatever your hopes, we want to ensure we’ve got the whole picture in mind.
- Design. Based on our consultation, we will create our initial design, and review and customize to suit your vision.
- Sign Contracts/Agreements. Building can be stressful enough, the last thing you need are surprises. Our agreements clarify the timeline and process, so you can feel in control of your build.
- Permits. We handle all requisite permits prior to commencing.
- Scheduling. Order is important. We lay out all phases of the project in advance, to ensure everyone knows their role for a seamless process.
- Billing: You will be given your fee schedule in advance, for predictability and planning.
Timeframes can vary based on the complexity of the build. You will be notified and kept up to date on start and completion dates throughout the building process.
